New Zealand Shipping Policy

Free tracked shipping applies to all New Zealand orders over $80.00 NZD.
We know you are pumped to receive your purchase and we aim to ship off your purchase within 24 hours from our Taranaki based HQ. Once you make a purchase you will be given a purchase confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Shipping around New Zealand is 3-5 business days give or take, as long as you have an epic delivery driver - we do our best.

Australian Shipping Policy
We offer delivery services to Australia. These take between 3-6 working days. Shipping prices are based on weight so they will vary, this will be displayed in your cart once you have entered your delivery address.

Australian orders may be subject to customs fees by the Australian government. We have no control over how much you are charged for customs. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any additional charges the destination country imposes on you.
International Shipping Policy
El Chido is now available worldwide! We have added a currency converter so you can make sure you get the best shipping price - we know it is not cheap but trust us when we say El Chido is worth it. Shipping prices are based on weight so they will vary, they will be displayed in your cart once you have entered your delivery address.

Return Policy
As we say, life is far too short to have a bad hair day. Here at El Chido, we make every effort to provide quality products and customer service. We want your product to arrive in your hands in perfect condition as when it left our HQ in New Zealand. Should you experience something other than bloody great, we will do our best to resolve this.

We want you to love your purchase as much as we do. In the event that your order arrives damaged or faulty or you are not happy, please email within 7 days of your online order along with a picture of the product and your order number to hello@elchido.co.nz.
We will address these on a case-to-case basis but will do our best to get the most satisfactory outcome. In the case of a refund, we will refund your purchase to the bank account used for the online purchase, excluding shipping costs. We are not able to accept change-of-mind returns but provide a satisfaction guarantee. We are only able to process refunds for online orders, not in-store retail.
To return your goods please contact the El Chido team for instructions and steps that need to be taken. We highly suggest using a tracked shipped delivery as we take no responsibility for lost items during delivery. Shipping and administration fees are not refundable.
